Training programmes
Our instructors come from the cyber domain and have backgrounds as military trainers, accustomed to operating under pressure in critical and confidential environments. They have transferred these standards of rigour, traceability and protection to the world of digital assets: OTC operations, multisignature custody, security modelling, MiCA and AML compliance, and blockchain investigations.
We train both professionals and private individuals seeking to gain sovereign control over their assets.
What sets 21-CryptoConsulting apart:
Hands-on training: real-world demonstrations, attack and defence scenarios, and tools used by professionals.
Absolute independence: no commercial affiliations and no conflicts of interest.
A long-term wealth and sovereignty perspective: addressing custody, succession and continuity over time.
A personal and confidential approach: small groups, tailored support and guaranteed confidentiality.
Shadow Vault is a confidential kidnapping-preparedness programme designed for high-risk individuals in the crypto sector.
In response to the growing number of kidnapping attempts targeting entrepreneurs in the blockchain ecosystem, Shadow Vault provides an approach inspired by special-forces survival techniques and tailored to each participant’s profile by our expert.
Shadow Vault
Kidnap & Ransom Prevention
This programme brings together two areas of expertise rarely combined:
managing captivity situations and preventing the associated trauma;
understanding crypto ecosystems and their underlying mechanisms, including their misuse for criminal purposes.
Module 1: Prevention & preparedeness
Through case studies, we work with you to develop an individual communication strategy for hostile situations and to prepare psychologically for captivity.
Our objective: to understand the logic of kidnappers — their psychology, the economics of ransom and the use of crypto-assets — and to identify the key measures that can reduce exposure and improve preparedness before, during and after an abduction.
Module 2: Captivity
This phase includes the Prevention Module, together with an immersive simulation exercise involving capture, transfer, captivity, the management of family reactions, and a simulated negotiation.
Participants are exposed to realistic scenarios delivered by an independent team whose identity is not disclosed in advance, in order to preserve the element of surprise and recreate realistic operational pressure.
Our objective: to improve your ability to survive captivity — physically, psychologically and financially — and to develop effective crisis-management responses under pressure in realistic conditions.
