Y.B. - Pioneer in Crypto-Financial Dynamics Analysis
Active in the Bitcoin ecosystem since 2013, Y.B. was among the first French-speaking professionals to view cryptocurrencies not merely as speculative assets, but as a structural transformation of monetary systems and sovereignty. At a time when specialised resources in French were virtually nonexistent, he immersed himself in international technical communities, studied early consensus mechanisms and helped develop a rigorous understanding of blockchain technology, notably through his publications for Le Journal du Coin.
His career quickly evolved at the intersection of technology, governance and macroeconomic dynamics. He contributed to the design of an experimental decentralised application focused on governance challenges within DPoS networks, exploring at an early stage mechanisms for collective voting and economic incentives that would later become central to decentralised finance.
From 2020 to 2025, Y.B. worked with the French Ministry of Defense (MOD) on counter-terrorism, financial crime and the security of strategic flows involving blockchain technologies. His work took place in highly demanding operational environments, including deployments abroad in high-risk areas across the arc of crisis.
Today, he leads operations at 21-CryptoConsulting, with a distinctly pragmatic approach focused on security, sovereignty and risk management.
A former field officer and senior executive within the French Ministry of Defense (MOD), M.B. is an expert in operating in complex and high-risk international environments. Deployed across four continents, both in crisis zones and on war theatres, he has extensive experience in conflict dynamics and has been directly involved in the management of several hostage situations. He trained special forces in procedures and conduct during kidnapping situations, before serving as a security advisor to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the Afghan-Pakistani region.
M.B. concluded his military career in 2023 within operational units responsible for active cyber warfare, before joining the private sector as a security consultant specialising in international mobility. He is the creator of the Shadow Vault program, dedicated to the preparedness and resilience of high-risk asset holders in a world where digital wealth is attracting new forms of predation.
With a background at the French Naval Academy and a degree in the humanities, including academic training in history, international relations and psychology, M.B. draws on this multidisciplinary experience to develop a nuanced understanding of power dynamics, risk perception and human behavior in extreme situations.

M.B. - Expert in High-Risk Environments
D.L. discovered cryptocurrencies while studying applied mathematics at ENSAE (Institut Polytechnique de Paris), where he explored volatility mechanisms and liquidity dynamics in digital assets. From an early stage, he recognised blockchain as an economic laboratory — a space in which the concepts of trust, value and governance are being fundamentally redefined.
Also a graduate of HEC Paris, he subsequently trained in programming and artificial intelligence, convinced that a deep understanding of algorithmic systems is essential to anticipating the disruptions ahead. He progressively developed tools combining data science, machine learning and blockchain technology, before putting this expertise to work for investment teams and rapidly evolving startups.
Following experience in traditional finance at Morgan Stanley, D.L. now advises investment funds, fintech companies and Web3 organisations on the development of their data and AI strategies — from optimising risk models and designing augmented trading systems to building financial analytics architectures around on-chain data. Passionate about foresight and knowledge sharing, he regularly contributes to discussions on the use of AI in finance and investment, operating at the intersection of strategic vision and engineering.

D.L. - Strategist and Builder at the Intersection of Finance and Artificial Intelligence
A senior criminal investigations officer with more than three decades of experience, F.T. built his career within specialised intervention units of the French National Police, including several BRI (Search and Intervention Brigade) units. Regularly deployed on high-risk operations, he developed extensive field experience confronting dangerous offenders, managing armed interventions, preventing violent incidents and analysing criminal behaviour. F.T. has also worked internationally, particularly in Latin America and North Africa, in environments marked by complex power structures and sophisticated criminal networks. These assignments further strengthened his ability to read local threat environments, anticipate behavioural patterns and adapt protective strategies accordingly.
Alongside his operational duties, he served within a specialised financial investigations unit, gaining first-hand insight into the mechanisms of economic and financial crime. This dual expertise — criminal-financial and operational — enables him to assess with particular accuracy how visible wealth, identifiable assets and personal exposure can translate into physical security risks, an increasingly critical issue in the digital asset environment.
As the visible ownership of cryptocurrencies increasingly creates direct personal exposure, turning identifiable investors into potential targets, F.T. acts as a last layer of protection for investors and those closest to them. His approach is resolutely field-driven, focused on anticipating hostile intent, identifying vulnerabilities and reducing the real-world exposure of digital asset holders and their families.
